WHAT WE CAN HELP WITH
Repair work with a defined scope.
A short description of what happens is more useful than guessing the cause. Tell us what you see, how long it has been happening and whether it has changed.
Door adjustments
Describe where the door sticks or how the latch behaves. Photos of the door, hinges and latch help start the review. This is adjustment work, not a door replacement service.
Drywall touch-ups
Send a close-up and a wider photo with an approximate size of the affected area. Let us know about staining, dampness or a recurring crack.
Caulking
Show the joint or edge that needs attention and its approximate length. Mention gaps, loose material or any sign of an active leak.

GOOD TO KNOW
Questions about
home repairs.
Can everything on my list be completed in one visit?
Send the whole list first. We will review the tasks, materials and any steps that need drying time. We can discuss a combined visit, but completion in a single visit is confirmed only after reviewing the actual work.
Is a sticking door always an adjustment job?
Not always. Send photos and describe where it catches, whether it latches and whether the problem is new. The cause needs review before an adjustment can be agreed; replacement or structural work is not included here.
What if the drywall or caulk keeps getting damaged?
Mention that the problem is recurring and include any signs of dampness or movement. A touch-up or new caulk may not address the cause. The underlying issue needs to be understood before cosmetic work is planned.
Should I buy materials before contacting you?
Start by sharing the list and photos, and tell us what materials you already have. We will discuss what is needed so you can avoid buying items that do not suit the agreed repair.
Is the drywall patch painted too?
The small-patch example covers one hole up to 4 inches in dry, undamaged drywall, patched and sanded ready for paint. Paint, texture matching and any return visit are quoted separately. See the interior painting scope if you want paint included in your project. Send photos of the repair and surrounding wall so the finish can be discussed.
Does a handle change include new holes or a replacement door?
The standard example uses existing openings and your compatible replacement hardware. New drilling or a replacement door is separate. Send photos of both sides of the door and the hardware you have before agreeing on the work.
