YOUR INFORMATION
Privacy notice
Last updated October 22, 2026
This notice explains how we handle information for the One Call Pro home-service business and this website. One Call Pro is operated by Vlad Levin, doing business as One Call Co.
For support or privacy requests, email 904onecall@gmail.com or call (904) 305-2888.
Information you give us
When you submit a website request, we store the phone number, project description or list, and any name, ZIP code, other details and photos you provide. We use this information to understand the work, respond, prepare estimates and arrange services with you.
A short request stays in the current page until you send it; reloading clears the unsent form. The Project Guide can save an unfinished project list in your browser tab so it survives a refresh. It does not restore drafts more than 24 hours old, and its Clear draft control removes that local draft. These controls do not delete a request you have already submitted.
Calls, texts and emails you choose to send are handled by the relevant phone, messaging or email provider as well as One Call Pro. Please include only information needed for your project.
Enquiries received through Thumbtack
If you contact One Call Pro through Thumbtack, Thumbtack may send us lead details, messages and reviews through our connected webhook. Depending on the event, this can include your name and phone number, project description and category, address or ZIP code, preferred dates, questionnaire answers, attachment links, message content, review details, lead charges and status, and details of other businesses contacted for that request.
We store a copy of the information delivered by Thumbtack as well as records used in our private inbox. We use it to respond to enquiries, follow up, prepare estimates, keep track of conversations and understand the cost and results of our leads. Attachment links are saved with the event; this integration does not automatically download the linked files.
Our website integration currently receives these events and helps us prepare replies. It does not automatically send replies to Thumbtack customers. Thumbtack separately handles information on its own service under its privacy notice.
Services used to handle requests
Hosting and storage providers process the website and saved records, and notification providers deliver alerts to the business owner. The owner's push alerts use a generic notice that a request or message needs attention; the alert does not include your name, phone number or message text. The saved inbox requires owner sign-in.
We may manually copy project details and conversation excerpts into RunQuote to prepare an estimate. This is a separate step, not an automatic transfer from this website. RunQuote's AI features can send those details to its AI service providers; RunQuote's own privacy notice describes that separate processing. This website's reply templates do not send your information to an AI service.
Website measurement and browser storage
We record a small set of first-party website steps, such as page visits and request submissions, to understand how the website is used. These records use a random browser-session ID, page path, fixed source tags or an external referral hostname, and the location of certain buttons.
These analytics records do not include a full referral URL, URL query, phone number, message, photo, IP address or advertising identifier. This site does not use advertising pixels. Hosting providers may separately keep standard access and security logs. Browser storage is also used for the draft and measurement features described above, and the private owner area uses sign-in session information.
Storage and deletion requests
Submitted requests and captured Thumbtack records are stored on our service. There is currently no automatic deletion schedule for these records. We review requests to access, correct or delete information manually. Marking a conversation answered or closed, or clearing a browser draft, does not remove the stored customer records.
To make a privacy request, email 904onecall@gmail.com with enough detail to identify your enquiry and what you would like us to do. We may ask for information to confirm that the request concerns your records. Please do not send passwords or identity documents in an initial email.
We assess the request and any records that need to be kept for the service, legal obligations or resolving a dispute. Deletion from our records does not itself delete information held separately by Thumbtack, your messaging provider or another service. We can explain the scope of a request when we respond.
Changes to this notice
We may update this page when our information handling changes. The date above identifies the latest version.
