Can everything on my list be completed in one visit?
Send the whole list first. We will review the tasks, materials and any steps that need drying time. We can discuss a combined visit, but completion in a single visit is confirmed only after reviewing the actual work.
Is a sticking door always an adjustment job?
Not always. Send photos and describe where it catches, whether it latches and whether the problem is new. The cause needs review before an adjustment can be agreed; replacement or structural work is not included here.
What if the drywall or caulk keeps getting damaged?
Mention that the problem is recurring and include any signs of dampness or movement. A touch-up or new caulk may not address the cause. The underlying issue needs to be understood before cosmetic work is planned.
Should I buy materials before contacting you?
Start by sharing the list and photos, and tell us what materials you already have. We will discuss what is needed so you can avoid buying items that do not suit the agreed repair.
