Minimum labor charge $450. Prepared and sound subfloor; standard straight-lay installation. Flooring materials, removal, leveling, transitions and trim are separate.

Baseboards, thresholds, unusual cuts and stair work need their own details and quote.

Is the flooring product included?
No. The flooring and other materials are extra. Share a product link so its installation method can be reviewed.
Does the price include removing my old floor?
No. Removal, disposal and any preparation beneath it need a separate quote.
What if my floor is uneven?
Mention and photograph uneven or soft areas. Leveling or repair may be needed before installation and is priced separately.
